From Success to Struggle: My Journey of Transformation

After two decades of a successful career, owning different businesses and “living life” in Sweden, I moved to Thailand seeking change. Despite a marriage and various jobs, I felt lost and turned to alcohol, leading to a tough divorce that pushed me into darkness.

One day, I told myself, “Enough.” The problem wasn’t where I was; it was inside me.

My journey of transformation begun — mind, body, and soul. I studied spiritual leaders, mindset, and mindfulness. I sought professional help and was diagnosed with adult ADHD. Though painful, it explained so much of my past struggles.
