A Life Transformed: From War to Wisdom

Growing up amidst the Iran-Iraq war, I experienced the harsh realities of conflict from a young age. At 11, my family sought refuge in Sweden, where I faced the challenges of adapting to a new culture and environment. Despite achieving professional success in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurship over two decades, I grappled with unhappiness and a lack of purpose.

A move to Thailand, coupled with personal struggles including alcoholism and a difficult divorce, led me to a pivotal moment of introspection.

 This journey culminated in my ordination as a Buddhist monk in 2024, during which I dedicated over 1,000 hours to meditation and mindfulness practices which led to a profound transformation and inspired me to share the insights and tools I’ve acquired to help others lead happier, more mindful lives.
