Payment Page – 3-Day Vipassana Retreat

Here are the instructions for the payment page and the “Christmas Gift” buttons. We want the payment page to follow the same style as the rest of the site to create a cohesive design. We also want your input on whether both buttons should lead to the same page or if we should create two separate pages. We need fields for email, phone number and similar details, and we’re unsure whether to use Wise or Stripe—tips are welcome. Thank you!

1. Introduction and Booking Flow

Welcome to three days of calm, clarity, and inner focus. To secure your spot, please fill in your name, email, and phone number. After this step, you will be taken directly to the payment page where you can pay by card.

2. Price and Payment Terms

Price for the entire retreat: 6,800 SEK. You can secure your spot by paying 50% now. The remaining amount must be paid no later than two weeks before the event.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made no later than four weeks before the event to receive a refund of the registration fee. If you cancel later than that, you are required to pay the full amount.

4. Allergies and Special Diets

If you have allergies or prefer vegetarian meals, please send us an email as soon as possible after booking so we can adjust the meals accordingly.

5. Additional Information

You will receive a confirmation email with all practical information once your payment has been completed. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via email.

6. Course Fee and Donations

The teaching is donation-based — you choose the amount you wish to contribute after the retreat. A portion of the donations goes to the temple in Thailand where Nick previously served as a monk. The funds are used for educational materials and support for the children who live there.
