Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for visiting nickhashemi.com and for choosing to work with Nick Hashemi.

Due to the nature of personalized mentoring, mindfulness guidance, workshops, retreats, and digital offerings, the following refund and cancellation terms apply.

1. Session Cancellations & Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a booked session.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session may be considered completed and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered in genuine emergency situations at the discretion of Nick Hashemi.

2. Refunds for Mentorship Programs

Payments made for completed sessions or partially completed mentorship programs are generally non-refundable.

If a client wishes to discontinue a program, any potential partial refund will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis depending on the amount of work, time, and sessions already delivered.

3. Digital Products

All digital products, downloadable materials, audio teachings, courses, and online educational content are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Retreats & Workshops

Refund and cancellation terms for retreats, workshops, or group programs may vary and will be communicated separately before booking.
